BUT THIS APOLLO GIG JAMMED LIKE ALL HELL.THE BIG MAN WAS DRENCHED BY SHOW'S END AS WELL AS US.1 MORE GREAT SHOW FOR THE MIGHTY APOLLO, [reply]   Re:Meat Loaf 1983 - ian mcluckie - 03/04/2009 20:35:32 GMT This is the first gig i took my wife to, wish i had left her there lol. It was a great night meat came on with this chick who was dressed in suspenders & co, she certainly had my attention as well as all the guys around. There was one guy who managed to climb onto the stage and did a bit of headbanging with meat. This guy asked for the acoustic guitar meat was playing but he wouldnt let the guy play it. Soon after that meat told the guy to beat it off the stage and ive never forgot it, he walked to the front of the stage and swan dived into the crowd. The rest of the band run over to look where this guy had landed, surely he must have broke his neck i never saw him again, maybe hes still there swimming in the ozze of sweat thats dripped of the stage. What a night great gig Glasgow so sad she's still not with us. [reply]
