This is the place where we will post your stories about the Green's Playhouse, The Glasgow Apollo and Satelitte City (The Wee Apollo). As it develops we will break the stories up into sections such as Myths, Gigs I missed, Meeting the Bands, Where are they now etc. No story too trivial and we will only edit out bad language!
New Forum structure on Apollomemories soon.

| Managed to watch them from a box. Quite clever musicians...John Williams in
particular. Herbie Flowers done a mad Tuba solo.

| Great gig, for me a little strange i never saw anything like it kind of classic rock.
I was playing drums at the time in a church in west kilbride & i had seen this great
drummer in sky and of course john williams. It wasnt the mad house that our apollo
was used to but the drummer got into a brilliant solo that had me up on the seats.
Anyway if you were there hope you enjoyed as much as us. Ian
