And then he walked along the edge of the Circle

This is the place where we will post your stories about the Green's Playhouse, The Glasgow Apollo and Satelitte City (The Wee Apollo). As it develops we will break the stories up into sections such as Myths, Gigs I missed, Meeting the Bands, Where are they now etc. No story too trivial and we will only edit out bad language!

New Forum structure on Apollomemories soon.

Comments on Wham [reply]

Did the 80s school thing and saw wham with my girlfriends from the vale of leven academy.  Loads of screaming(dire!!) and I recall george and andrew stuffing tennis balls down their shorts and then throwing them out to the crowd.  How sad!! I remember the crowd behind me charging forward when they appeared onstage and i was slapped right into this big bouncer standing at the front of the stage.  He was cool though.     George could actually give a fair chant but hey, it was school, it was fun, but it certainly wasnt Maiden!!!!!
